Movie Description: In 1965, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (David Oyelowo) and his followers pressed forward on an epic march from Selma to Montgomery, Alabama despite violent oppossition. Their efforts promted civil rights changes which altered history. Directed by Ava DuVernay. This is a great lesson and history, and a wonderful movie for the family to enjoy!
